Service Requirements

  • Whether we are just assembling your bare boards or providing you with full turnkey assemblies, we will need the items listed below to provide you with the service you require. Please be sure to include each item to avoid delays with your build.

  • A Bill of Materials (BOM) is an itemized list of each unique part on your assembly. For each unique part, every BOM requires the following:

    1. Manufacturer’s Part Number

    2. Reference Designator

    3. Quantity Required

    4. Must be in Excel Format

  • The Component Placement List is a file containing the X and Y coordinates of every part to be placed on your PCB. For each part on your PCB, the CPL must contain:

    1. X and Y coordinates of every part

    2. Reference Designator

    3. Side of the PCB the component is to be placed

    4. Rotation of the component

    5. Submitted as a .CSV, Text or Excel File

  • If you would like us to have your PCBs fabricated, we will need the following:

    1. Gerber files of all artwork layers

    2. CNC Drill file

    3. PCB fabrication checklist
