Terms and Conditions

1. PAYMENT: All orders must be pre-paid in full with a credit card. Credit terms are available to customers with approved credit after the third order.

2. CUT-OFF TIME for orders booked on a 1 or 2-day turn is 12:00pm MST. An extra day will be added to the turn time on 1 and 2 day orders booked after 12:00pm MST.

3. TURN TIMES for assembly do not start until all parts and PCBs have been received. The day the kit is complete (all parts and PCBs received) is considered day 0. We cannot begin assembly on orders with incomplete kits (missing parts or PCBs).

4. SHIPPING: To ensure on-time delivery, Next Day PCB assembly reserves the right to ship orders at our discretion to meet our customer’s expected dock date. We will strive to ship orders using the carrier requested by the customer, but carriers have different cut-off times. If we have to ship via a different carrier to meet the expected due date, the shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. It is our intention to ensure on-time delivery of our customer’s completed assemblies. In the event that Next Day PCB Assembly cannot ship your completed assemblies on the day they are due, Next Day PCB Assembly will pay to upgrade shipping on your order to ensure it arrives on your dock by the expected dock date.

5. LATE ORDERS: In the event that an order does not arrive at the customers dock by the expected dock date, Next Day PCB Assembly will, upon customer request, issue a credit on a future order for late assemblies based upon the expected dock date and actual date of arrival. The credit will be the difference in labor between the purchased turn time and the actual turn time only for assemblies that arrived late. Any partial shipments that arrived by the expected dock will not be included in this credit. Orders that arrive late due to delays in delivery caused by the courier delivering the finished product late will not be eligible for any late order credit. Orders that arrive late due to weather or other circumstances outside of our control will also not be eligible for any late order credit.

6. CANCELATION: A pro-rated cancelation fee will be charged on all canceled orders based upon the process status of the order at the time of cancelation. The customer will be charged in full for all PCBs and parts purchased. A refund will be issued only for the difference between the full labor cost of the order and the dollar value assigned according to the process status of the order at the time of cancelation. All cancelation notifications must be in writing.

7. ELECTRICAL TEST: Next Day PCB Assembly recommends electrical testing on all PCBs. If we are sourcing PCBs for you, and you decline electrical testing of the finished PCBs, completed assemblies are delivered ‘AS-IS’ without any warranty protection. This applies to customer supplied PCBs as well. If we can not see an electrical test stamp on the bare PCBs or proof of electrical test cannot be provided, assemblies will be delivered ‘AS-IS’, without warranty protection.

8. By submitting a purchase order, you the customer, agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions listed herein.

9. DISPUTES: If you as our customer have any dispute against Next Day PCB Assembly with regards to an order, if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, any such dispute must first be submitted to mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures before resorting to litigation.  In the event that any such mediation is unsuccessful, any litigation, proceeding or other legal action with respect to such dispute shall be brought exclusively in the district Court for Douglas County, Colorado.  As a condition of our work, Customer consents to and expressly submits to exclusive jurisdiction of such court and waives any claim of improper jurisdiction or lack of venue in connection with any dispute.

10. Next Day PCB Assembly reserves the right to modify these TERMS and CONDITIONS at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be immediately posted on this page.
